Quentin and Donny were extremely professional and were able to figure out what needed to be done. They were SUPER nice and respectful. I would choose Parker Plumbing again. And Kerry or Kelly at their dispatch was extremely helpful and nice.

This is hands down the best company I've ever dealt with for any sort of home owner's issue: repairs, electric, plumbing, etc. These guys went way above and beyond to help fix a plumbing issue we had shortly after moving into a new home. It was a clog at a pipe intersection that was causing overflow and leakage. It also left us without a washing machine, so we were eager to get it fixed. It took a couple trips out because we were working through an insurance company who had to approve the work, but Davis and Davis were able to get all the necessary work approved and the problem is now fixed. Scheduling was a breeze. But most importantly there was a level of genuine care that I feel you just don't find often these days. We worked with both Brad and OB on different occasions and they were simply two of the nicest people I've ever met. They felt for us and the issue we were having, and they did everything they could to get the work approved for repair and get it fixed as fast as possible. They were unfazed by all the children and animals getting in their way, and even stopped occasionally to interact. They were just some very wholesome people that did some very quality above and beyond work. It doesn't get better than that. Give these guys a try for your plumbing needs! I know I'll continue to in the future.

Not thrilled with the office support. Dealing with the company for 2months and the issue was not fixed. The service men were awesome, very polite and willing to work overtime to resolve the problem. The office made them leave because they had to move on to the next appointment. When I called the office to ask if the guys could just finish the job, the manager said, sorry, I have customers who don't have water, we will just send another team out to you tomorrow. As if my appointment was not a priority. The 3rd set of workers came out, capped some pipes and issue still isnt resolved. I paid the bill and ended my business relationship. Again, the service guys were AMAZING!! My isssue was solely with the office staff. Good luck.

Don't use this guy! He will charge you 3 times the amount of a professional plumber. During the remodel process of 2 bath rooms and reset an old water heat he wanted over $ 2,100.00 for the work. Not only was it way to high, the job leaked, values were set wrong and it pushed us back getting the job done. We had to tear out drywall and the rear surround of the shower stall so he could fix it! FYI, we supplied all materials outside of $ 100-150.00 in parts. This guy is a joke!

Cannot even get them to come out to quote me on a job. They say they are going to call to schedule, but they don't. I pushed and they said that they needed to get some more info from the guy who finally did stop by and glance at the issue. What their website states about their dedication to customer service is a sham. Just call Crestwood Plumbing.

Quick and fabulous job!

Being a home owner and single parent, to save money I have always done my own repairs including the installation of my last 2 water heaters. Knowing I could save half the cost. This time with my age and medical condition I chose to bite the bullet as they say. Just the idea of having to borrow a truck,pick it up,carrying the old one up out of the basement and carrying the new one down and installing it wasn't the way I wanted to spend my Saturday. I remember passing the Bardstown Road location for the past 40 plus years. But the main reason I chose Tom Drexler is his integrity. I read in the paper about Uptown Cafe and what he did and what he did with giving the original employees their job back with raisemoney spoke volumes. I worked in a factory for over 35years and was treated like a number not Family. Now onto to Timothy Dooley. I can't say enough great things about him. Courteous,knowledgeable (and I ask a LOT of questions),professional and appeared to have the knowledge of a 30year veteran. Excellent work,made me feel at ease (making the tweaks to go from a 40 gallon to a 50)the whole time being as nice as possible made the whole experience worth the money I could have saved with DYI. Plus I would have been talking to myself and not in a good way. Stressed out. It was stress free. The whole time speaking highly of Tom and how he treats his employees like Family. Again,SPEAKS VOLUMES! I would request Tim for any of my Plumbing needs and recommend Tom Drexler to any and everyone!!! PS Tim. I owe you a burrito. Take care of that little girl. Oh yeah I forgot to mention Tim did what I would easily call a 2 man job. Thanks again.

This company is awesome. Our water heater went out and flooded our basement. The home warranty company referred us to a company that only had a 1-star rating and horrible reviews. My husband and I did not feel confident in the referral. We had heard good things about E.J. Willman & Sons Plumbing. We reached out for their services, and they did not disappoint. My husband mentioned how professional they were. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. I'm very thankful for a company that still believes in giving the client the quality of service that they would want to receive.
