One of the worst service companies I've ever dealt with. My water heater went out on a Saturday so I contacted Ronnie. He told me he would next day the part that I needed to my house and be out the following day, which he was. He showed up on time with another guy, put the part in, which took all of about 10 minutes, relit the pilot and then abruptly left immediately afterwards, leaving the cover off of my water heater and the drain line to the floor drain that they had taken apart all disassembled laying on my basement floor. 10 minutes after he left, the pilot light went back off and would not relight. I informed him of this immediately and he told me that he would next day another part that could potentially be the problem and to let him know when it got there. I messaged him the next day and asked him if he could be back Friday morning, here it is Friday at almost 11am and I have yet to hear back or receive the part that he said he was ordering. I'm in the service industry as well and I understand that I'm not his only customer and that people get busy, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication. Especially when our household has been without hot water for almost a week.
