He starts with the easiest fix, taking it apart and seeing the problem and fixing it instead of replacing it. I get to keep the historic fixtures in my historic house. Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.

Had them come out to fix my tub spout and a couple extra things. Mark was extremely friendly and professional, and not only tightened our overflow but also sorted out all our other various and sundry plumbing issues while he was there.

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

We had a plumbing issue with a commercial building -- old corroded pipes. Called a few plumbers and decided to go with New Pro based on our confidence in Miguel.
