They made sure that their work was done correctly and were very dog friendly. I would recommend them to any friend or family member with plumbing issues. All in all I'm thankful for their quick work in my emergency. Their sense of urgency was much appreciated.

Have used GR plumbing for two separate jobs so far. Competitive pricing, jobs completed on schedule, and the quality of work was greater than expected based on past plumbers I have used. No issues handling changes to the original order. Will use them again in the future.

Nautilus used to be great. Not anymore. They came to rooter my mainline last week and got one clump of roots. They showed it to me. They said that the line was too badly clogged to go futher without damaging their equipment. Recommended a $5,500 repair to main line. They left. Clean-out cap promptly popped off again with ordinary use, spewing sewage all over yard. Called another firm. They came out, rootered in same place, $250, told me it was all good, and it was! It has stayed fixed. No more problems, no more cap popped off, no more sewage in yard, no blockage. I don't know whether Nautilus guys were just incompetent, but obviously I suspect a deliberate attempt to get a whole lot of cash out of me that I don't need to spend.

The technician Tech: (JOSE #515-7373) you sent out was dishonest with pricing. I think he drove into this nice area and thought he'd make a buck on seemingly wealthy people. He wanted to charge $400 to turn off the main water valve while the leak was flooding out. Note: this does not include fixing the problem. Thankfully the rep we had at the property works closely with water as he is our pool service and knew this tech was not charging an honest price. Then when he realized our rep was knowledgeable the tech said ok I'll do it for $200. What are we in Cozumel? Now we are bartering to get a fair price. Also what if this was my grandmothers house. She would not know any better. So as the owner I called and lectured him on integrity and he ended up charging me $150. The problem still exist and the leak is very apparent. We don't need him to circle back around with a leak test guy. It is very clear where the leak is coming form. Needless to say I will be posting google reviews and I think even paying you guys at all is a joke after dealing with this tech. A plumber should be able to get the job done. Now I am calling a plumber who is a friend of our pool service company and posting his company name in my reviews as well. Im Livid. Now when people look up Rotor-Rooter they may see my review and have another company to call for integrity in this field. I hate shady business.

About a week ago I began to smell what seemed to be natural gas in my backyard. I found Fords plumbing on Google and set up an appointment with them. They came out the same day. Let me say this, I'm big on customer service and Fords is top notch. From Sarah on the phone to Riley's professionalism and understanding of our situation and stress level. If I could give their plumbers 6 stars I would. Jorge and Milton where awesome. My wife is germophobe and has an issue with people coming in and out of our house. Both Jorge and Milton did a great job of being understanding but they also did their best to keep their voices down while they worked under our house (digging there way under due to a 10in crawlspace) due to her working from home.
There price was very reasonable. I had 3 other companies come out and they gave us the best price for the amount of work needed. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Fixed the drain in minutes. Very efficient... Very friendly. Cleaned the whole area. Definitely 2 thumbs up, very professional and kept us informed throughout the process.

Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. I called Rocket Plumbing because I had a backed up toilet. They came out immediately, they were professional and got my toilet unclogged right away. The rates were very reasonable.

Micel Plumber is professional and reliable. i called about a clogged sink. they were able to assist me right away. i highly recommend!!

Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!
