I have used Mike at Red Lilly Plumbing for several jobs now over the last few months, including a major two story duplex kitchen drain pipe replacement in the outside wall. He was absolutely masterful in doing the job and he showed an overwhelming knowledge of his craft. The smaller jobs he's done inside were done with care and finesse. I've used many many plumbers over the years and Mike is far and away the best in every category. It's as simple as that.

The problem was solved, the water pressure on the faucet was checked, and detailed management tips were given. After finishing the work, They cleaned up the surroundings and told me about other problems that appeared to the naked eye. Above all, I was very grateful for the timely arrival of the promised time without having to take time and quickly resolved it. My water heater had some issues and had to be fixed quickly in order to avoid any damage. The GR plumbing people came in and got it fixed. A big thanks for the quick response.

We have Japanese restaurants and tried Mr. Speedy 2 times. The 1st job was to replace a elbow pipe. It cost us about $250. (3rd party opinion said, it should be less than $50) The 2nd job was to unclog the toilet and sink which cased by shut-off switch. Just turn the switch. It cost us $350. (3rd party opinion said, it should be less than $50) Requested for receipts but no response.

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.
