Their NextGen price was $4500.00 and I thought that was high so I hesitated. They said the job would be three guys for five hours all inclusive materials. I told them that I'm looking for $2000.00 or less, I think $1600.00 will prove to be enough for a competent team. Let us see what happens.

Called John and he was at my place with a new garbage disposal within 2 hours and it was installed an hour later. Easy, no drama, fast. I was so thrilled that I could get it done not only on the same day, but within hours on the same day. Truly stress-free experience.

This is the third time I've used Nautilus. This time was to install a new water heater at my Los Feliz home. As before, I found the Nautilus plumbers to be highly knowledgeable & skilled. Fernando & assistant know what they are doing, & I'm happy w/ my heater. Their prices were competitive. Their office staffer, Rosie, was also very helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when I had questions re obtaining a City permit for the heater. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Had a major clog. Water backing up into both toilets and bathtubs. Plumber came quickly. Was polite and thorough. Also found that the toilet was improperly installed. Fixed that as well. Explained everything and walked me through the service. Great experience.

Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. I called Juan on an emergency situation with plumbing problem of my listing in the high rise building. He quickly re-arranged his schedule and came and helped me. Unfortunately the situation was much bigger than we all thought. Even though he did not get it fixed on the same day, he honestly told me what the problem might be so I could get some other help and eventually got it fixed.
