Wow! What service! Kitchen sink and washing machine lines clogged this morning. Call them at 1215p. Connie in the office called me back in 3 minutes to ask about the problem and to arrange a tech. I am totally recommending Victor to do repairs on your plumbing needs. He goes far and beyond to fix my sewer issues that were caused by another plumber who tried to scam me. Victor was willing to step in and suggested to me what's necessary or not. He fixed my broken sewer pipe in a matter of hours and did such an excellent job. He is honest, trustworthy and most importantly saved me from getting scammed by another plumber! He is very on time and also reasonable with his pricing. Had a plumbing issue at work where a spigot got stuck on and I couldn’t shut it off. Found the number through Google and got right thru to Ruben; who had Technician Alex call me right away. Alex arrived right on time within 30 minutes and knew exactly what to do to shut off the water and replace the spigot. Amazing service, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing service, especially nighttime emergencies!

Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

Oscar and his partner were good. I didn’t need a new toilet but they told me I should get one. They charged me $900. I think you can find a better deal elsewhere.
