Called them on Sunday for service and they showed up in 10 minutes, did a great job & charged a very reasonable rate. Other plumbing companies were trying to charge a hiked up rate for Sunday service.

This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.

Kitchen sink beyond the immediate drain and pipes was extremely slow. The technician used his smallest equipment and knocked it right out, but it was quit a distance. $440 and away goes trouble down the drain, followed by a 1 month warranty. It was worth it!

I can’t thank Valencia’s Plumbing enough for all the work they did on my property. They were super fast and reliable. I had sewer issues, they ran the snake and turned out I had tree roots in the pipes. After running the camera and diagnosing they recommended all I needed for me to not have further issues. They had to dig over 5feet and repaired the pipe and added a clean out and also a liner to protect my pipes since they were already damaging. Their prices were very reasonable. Carlos and Jose were the best people to depend on and they worked super quick. Being a landlord and having tenants is not easy, it is our responsibility to have proper bathroom usage. Jimmy is totally professional. He has done a number of plumbing jobs for us around the house over the course of the past few years. The most recent was installing a second meter exclusively for irrigation. Not only did he do the work, but he handled ALL the paperwork from getting the permit to having the DWP enter it into their system. Jimmy Papik knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional job!

Ford's Plumbing saved us!! We called after we discovered a gas leak on a Friday night and the Gas Company had shut off the gas for our safety. Ford's sent Scotty over first thing Saturday, and he discovered several leaks in our 1930's home's original pipes -- terrifying! We have a one-year-old, and after the gas was shut off, we had no hot water, stove access, or heat, among other things. Despite having other scheduled calls to work around, Scotty spent almost 11 hours on one day trying to get us up and running, and returned to work 5 hours the next day, making sure everything was fixed and sealed up tight. He adjusted/re-worked several connections that our original plumber had done badly. And did everything he could to help make the fees affordable for us, when the project ended being much bigger than originally expected.
Scotty really knows his stuff, and he explained everything he was doing so we understood the issues. He even called us the next day to make sure the Gas Company had turned our gas back on, and that everything was OK. He went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Ford's and Scotty!

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.
