Latest service was helping me get apartment ready to show. Hooked up my stove, dishwasher and washer dryer. The previous job was replacing the water heater with a tankless one to give me more room in the kitchen for washer dryer. They always do a beautiful job, whatever they do for me. I love them ?

customer service was great .I'm giving 4 stars because I had to call back several times to get my email receipt. I was out of town and I needed a receipt to send to my warranty co. Dustin was awesome . there was some communcation issues but all is good.

I had a bunch of plumbing fixes and 2 guys came very quickly, they didn't upsell me but just went about fixing things inside and out as I asked. No drama, and I was always confident that they knew what needed to be done, They quickly left when all was done - no lingering while the clock was running. Don't tell them but their prices are too low!

PS They actually came about 6 weeks ago and I can tell you that all of their work has held up just fine.

I have used Leonard's services for fixing our garbage disposal, motion sensor light and various other problems. I have always found him to be very helpful, professional and honest. This was the BEST plumbing experience we've ever had. My mom is 93 years old and oft times some companies will take advantage by charging sinfully high prices. Not so with Ford Plumbing. Jorge explained the work every step of the way and showed us the bad piping they removed to back up the diagnosis. I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!

My husband and I had a great experience with Jose and Jose (two technicians) for providing dryer vent, gas line, and plumbing leak repair for toilet. They are professional and caring. I would recommend them.
