Worst customer service. Rude people with attitude. If could give them 0 stars I would. I been calling them to fix the damages they did and receptionist leaves me on hold. DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!

Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. Thank you for employing custormer service-minded people such as Fernando. 5 out of 5 stars!

Jake is fantastic to work with. Quick response, punctual, quality work and reasonably priced.

This team sets a high bar for all professional contractors. Starting time at 7 am meant arriving early just in case with a well coordinated delivery of materials and crew. They were working by 7 sharp. In two and a half days they removed all the old ducting and furnace then installed a new furnace/HVAC in the attic hanging from the rafters. Our home is approx 1700 sq ft one story and needed a larger intake and additional registers (thanks Ted for your expertise.) Craftsmanship was perfectly executed and cleanup passed the white glove test. Shawn was patient with our questions and explained everything clearly. The new Lennox variable stage is so quiet, this summer we say BRING IT ON!!!

The Roto Rooter team is very kind and courteous during their visit. They are very knowledgeable about their trade and easy to work with. John was very helpful and understanding with the plumbing issues of our 'older' home. He's a refined gem with high value.

Everyone at EL-BO Plumbing is so helpful and easy to work with. Leonard is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I have called on him to repair stucco, fix plumbing issues, replace a fireplace ignitor and have referred him to many clients whom all praise his professionalism and timely response to their issues. Being a contractor's wife, price is important as well and Leonard and his team never disappoints!

Complete rebuild of the shower floor and threshold. It turned out very nice and the owners were easy to work with.

I very rarely write reviews, but I'm really compelled to do so because of Fraser's excellent service. I called multiple plumbers in my area (Leimert Park) and got voicemails, and the run-around. Finally, I tried Fraser's...and found a real family business where they picked up the phone and made me feel that my business was appreciated. Beyond this, they came out super quickly, and did great work fixing a water heater and getting me ready for an inspection. And the price was reasonable. Thank you!

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.
