Fernando and his colleagues are exceptional technicians! They are professional, highly experienced, thorough and honest. They replaced the main pipe underneath our home and replaced some galvanized piping that was fused to our copper pipes. Hard work, but they got the job done perfectly. My parents' house had a sewer problem couple of days ago.
John and his team did camera inspection and diagnosed the problem. They changed section of the pipe.
Punctual, honest. Fair pricing.

On arrival, the specialists did a brief inspection and were able to identify the obstruction and operated the power snake for close to thirty minutes. Their work was well done and I was delighted that the problem was totally resolved.

Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. The owner of GR Plumbing called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out his technician to do the job for me. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fits snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs.

Roto-rooters charged me $800 for a clogged pipe only for it to have problems again the next day. Someone else from roto-rooters came back and said it would cost $11,000 only to fix with hydrojet etc, but with no warranty and no guarantee that it wouldn't clog again. He pressured me to make the decision to order the work before he left (clearly now I know why), and I insisited that I wanted to think about it first. I ended up calling someone else and he only charged me $800 for the same service with the hydrojet and he gave me a 1-week warranty.

We had a leaking water shutoff under our sink and Sunset West came to the rescue. They were professional, efficient, and on time. They two plumbers they sent were very nice and even gave us a few lessons on plumbing.

Had our toilet replaced as it was off it’s wax seal and not working. Roto rooter plumbers were flawless. They were very kind, efficient and cleaned up the silicone around the toilet even though they said it might not be possible.

Also used them for detecting an odor around our washing machine and had lots of solutions. Danny was great and provided us with logical ideas to try on our own.

After all the struggles and the rips off I received from other companies I finally found someone who can be honest with me and I can trust with my home. My main line was clogged and I had a different company come out and they were overpriced. Until Micel Plumber crossed my path and I decided to try someone else. Well, let me just say they are awesome and affordable!!! From now on I will for sure continue to use them and trust their honest work, thank you Shawn and his partner for their big help.
