I had a slow drain and Caesar came out to clear the line. That's when he notified me that it would be best to replace a section of the main drain. He carefully went over the job and we agreed upon the price. When he did the main drain replacement, he was neat, clean, and considerate in minimizing the time we would be without our toilet. He took photos of the work and was able to clearly show me the existing lines and the replaced section of pipe.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work but more important, I really liked having Caesar work on my home. You see, my home was built in 1920 and it has no crawl space. I've never been under the house and I have had several other workers (not from Red Lilly) loudly complain about the lack of access. Caesar was very professional and did a difficult job without complaint. I'm so glad I called Red Lilly and even happier that they sent out Caesar.

After finishing the work, They cleaned up the surroundings and told me about other problems that appeared to the naked eye. These plumbers came and did the inspection, they proceeded to do the work and saved me a huge amount of time and effort and also money. Their rates are cheaper compared to other plumbers.

I was very pleased with GR Plumbing. Our drain was very slow. The experts from GR Plumbing came out and jetted the drain from the outside. He got most of the crud loosened up with his portable jet.

After 2 other plumbing companies came and made a mess before quoting us $1800 and telling us they needed to rip out the walls and rip up the deck, Jesus showed up and took care of the problem in a few minutes. He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasn't trying to upsell me on work we didn't need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and we'll be calling Nautilus first from now on!

Finally a company i can trust, i had 2 company's come out to give me a quote and this guy by far was the best in price and explaining my current issue as to why my main was getting clogged (all the time). They came by and got it unclogged , i will be calling them back this week to get them to come and fix it (permanently), i recommend them, just call them you wont be dissapointed!

Ford's Plumbing employees are fantastic! The plumbers showed up on time, were polite and very knowledgeable. They made all the repairs I needed and stayed very professional the whole time! I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again in the future!

Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.

Brian and Chris are great. We have used this company a few times for different emergencies and we have never been disappointed.

Person who came did their job and did it well, later looked at invoice and saw how much I was charged for the parts and labor. Could have easily saved $300-$500 had I went elsewhere. Only recommend using in an absolute emergency or if you don't like money. If the guy doing his job wasn't good, this would easily be less than 2 stars.

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!
