Best Maintenance Water Leak in Los Angeles CA

The plumber arrived on time. I explained the problems with the tub/shower faucet leak. He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous. I have used Red Lilly before and I would recommend this company.

Jake is highly responsive, knowledgeable, fair with prices, and easy to deal with.

Called Monkey Wrench due to an inoperable water heater. Rick arrived promptly (during a rain storm) and diagnosed the issue. While he wasn’t able to fix the underlying electrical issue, his prompt diagnosis allowed me to get a qualified electrician to fix it that day. Nice job Rick!

Update 03/22/21: i called this morning and Sergio and his team was able to come out and get the job done! Very happy with there work and professionalism. Would recommend!

I called them this morning, talked with Alandra, she was very pleasant. She got me an appointment within 1 hour. The two guys send (Carlos and Jesus), was professional and got the job done. We had our central heating and air installed by JW Plumbing and Heating in 2012 and have loved it. I'm actually glad JW provides two check-ups a year for a fee and that we subscribe to it. Otherwise I wouldn't do anything to take care of it's performance or maintenance. Sal did the inspection today and like all of his predecessors, he was courteous and efficient. I love my dealings with JW by phone or in person. Quality company!

They repaired our rain drain system. The drain was being pushed so hard into the foundation it ended up cracking and broke the 90 degree pipe fitting. Lovely work!

Ford's Plumbing saved us!! We called after we discovered a gas leak on a Friday night and the Gas Company had shut off the gas for our safety. Ford's sent Scotty over first thing Saturday, and he discovered several leaks in our 1930's home's original pipes -- terrifying! We have a one-year-old, and after the gas was shut off, we had no hot water, stove access, or heat, among other things. Despite having other scheduled calls to work around, Scotty spent almost 11 hours on one day trying to get us up and running, and returned to work 5 hours the next day, making sure everything was fixed and sealed up tight. He adjusted/re-worked several connections that our original plumber had done badly. And did everything he could to help make the fees affordable for us, when the project ended being much bigger than originally expected.
Scotty really knows his stuff, and he explained everything he was doing so we understood the issues. He even called us the next day to make sure the Gas Company had turned our gas back on, and that everything was OK. He went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Ford's and Scotty!

I was in a pinch and I was lucky enough to get Kirby from Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company Los Angeles. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and even gave me insight into how to avoid similar issues in the future. In general, they are good. They came here very quickly and their worker was very warm- hearted. The plumber repaired toilet as well as pick up much hair from bath. They charged me fair price for the fixtures..

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Terrible! Do not use this service. Waited 3 hours for an emergency and they never showed up..

I had a leak in the front restroom, so I called A-1 total service plumbing and they sent out a really nice smelling guy named Esteban! He came and rocked it! In and out in about 45 min. I will be calling them again for all our plumbing issues. Thanks Esteban!
