Really impressed by the knowledgeable and professional staff at GR Plumbing. Had a pretty bad sewer main stoppage and called them for same day service. Not only did they arrive on time that day but they provided a camera inspection at no cost! They identified the issue quickly and we began the project. Utilizing trenchless sewer replacement process they replaced 50 ft of pipe at my house for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Ruben Gaeta is a great man . He is extremely polite and professional. Knowledgeable of his work. I had a problem with my shower . The hot water was not working properly. Ruben went out of his way to explain to me why I was experiencing this issue. He not only fixed the problem, but did so in a fast and exceptional manner. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman – very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.

While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.
I cannot recommend Nautilus Plumbing enough. This should be the go-to Plumbing company for anyone who lives in the Los Feliz area!

Randy from Speedy Stephens Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He gave us an honest assessment of the problem and was able to repair it quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend him and this company for any plumbing needs.

In general, they are good. They came here very quickly and their worker was very warm- hearted. The plumber repaired toilet as well as pick up much hair from bath. They charged me fair price for the fixtures..

We discovered a gas leak in the late evening. Called Rocket early in the morning & they were able to send someone right over.
Matthew arrived promptly & immediately determined the source of the leak and repaired it. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!! I do not know who these reviews had show up they are posting! I should have read all the reviews and compared all those 1 stars but my fault I didn’t and I suffered for it!

Please please Look at all of the 1 stars on their site NOT the 4-5!! THEY are ALL true 1 stars!!!!

Then I just read they typical respond back to the 1 stars as if they didn’t read the review. Your horrible... they respond nice working with you?! Huh?!

Owners and “managers” are HORRIBLE!!!!! I would give them a negative 10 if I could! FRAUDS!! Worst company I have ever seen!! Completely unethical!

Trust when this review tells you; use ANYTHING ELSE! I had to get a whole other company to re-do and repair their mess!!! If me writing this saves ONE person from my horror show I experienced then my horrible experience might have meant something!

I never take the time to write reviews! However, listen to every 0 star they receive!! I will be sending a huge complaint to the better business bureau too! All of the complaints 1 stars should go to the better business bureau too!!!

One thing I did learn is to look at the negative reviews after dealing with this company!

Now I see more than 1 star lowest rating on anything I compare if there are similar complaints and now I trust it and move on! For people to write a thesis in complaints says a lot!!! One said they are hostile and had to call the police I just read on this site! I’m soooo disappointed in myself for not reading the real reviews!

Now I Even send reviews questions to see how valid their complaint is if my decision to purchase anything is is on the bubble. Sure enough every time it never fails, the reviews responds and I go with the negative review as valid and move on.

Lastly, do not let them be put on record for job! Protect your self and your home.

If your really brave, Just do the consultation and you will personally see the hardest sales pitch ever. Tell them you’ll get back to them and think about it.

They won’t let you “think” about without leaving your house and signing a contract by saying “oh you have 3 days”.

I should have listened to my first instinct and politely excused them from my house!!!

This has been one blessing... I now will do ratings both positive and negative accordingly to help others never go through what I went through! I can write glowing reviews for those that deserve it! I’m sorry I had to get burned so badly before I took a stand to warn others!!!
