Called them for a plumbing issue I had at my apartment and they scheduled a plumber that day. Not only were they on time but they called me 5 minutes early saying that they were there. They had the job done quickly and businesslike and I cant complain about their service in the least. Only one problem, moderately expensive but worth the price. I would gladly recommend Nautilus to any friends in my area.

Marco from JW Heating showed up exactly on time and was courteous, professional and fully engaged. JW is very organized and customer service oriented. Marcos work wasthorough and he explained to me everything that was going on. Marco took carE for my home wearing slippers over his shoes which i appreciated very friendly and informative. Was not pushy with recommendations but prioritized what he felt was needed. Excellent service.

If you're looking for an honest, skilled group of plumbers look no further. Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. are great to work with as are their staff (I've worked with Jay and Oliver). Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

Immediately called them today for an emergency gas leak after I smelled a weird gas-like scent in the house. It was a scary situation. I’m beyond thankful for there help in finding the issue and fixing the gas line

I am from Houston,Tx visiting for the holidays. The plumbing decided to have a mind of its own and not in a good way. I called a few plumbers, however, Mr. Fraser was willing to come right over. He not only came right over, but fixed the problem, was courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Fraser Plumbing, I wish I could take him back to Houston with me.
