Called them on Sunday for service and they showed up in 10 minutes, did a great job & charged a very reasonable rate. Other plumbing companies were trying to charge a hiked up rate for Sunday service.

I initially hired them to install fixtures for a washer and dryer in my detached garage, as well as a sink. Their quote was the best after comparing with 4 other companies. They not only handle the plumbing but they can also get any electrical work done that is needed. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and we were so happy with the job they did on our garage that we recently hired them again to install a filtering system for our home and to clear out a few backed up faucets. Once again, we are very pleased with the results! Our shower pressure has never been this good! Look no further, John's plumbing is top notch.

In general, they are good. They came here very quickly and their worker was very warm- hearted. The plumber repaired toilet as well as pick up much hair from bath. They charged me fair price for the fixtures..

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

Chris was great in repairing/installing the waterline into my new fridge. Old copper piping was going to be a big undertaking but he advised how simple it would be to just reduce the copper length and install a simple junction. Super fast, super professional, loved my dog!!! Images of the fix were clean and clear. He also took some pics of my toilet repair need and hope I can work with Chris and/or A-1 again!
