Ozzy was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me address an issue with my toilet. I'm honestly blown away at the customer service from this team. I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues to deal with, but I know who I'll be calling if I do.

John, you're a real hero! I hate dealing with plumbing issues and John was there to the rescue. My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick. The representative arrived on time, removed our old HWH and installed the new one within 1.5 hours. The price was the same as a quote from another plumbing company in town. I can't say enough good things about Monkey Wrench Plumbing, and their Technician Leonel. I have a tankless water heater and began to have problems with it within one year. The company that installed it came out twice, and both times gave me a different reason for the problem and charged me a lot of money to fix it (although it was not fixed!) The third time I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they sent Leonel. He found the problem right away, fixed it at a very low cost and problem solved!! This year I had a toilet issue that Leo took care of promptly…(and again, at a very low cost.) I am thrilled with Monkey Wrench Plumbing. The dispatcher, Kevin, is so friendly and he got me an appointment the same day. LEO IS THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever had!! He is professional, very knowledgable, he gets the job done quickly and is so nice. I recommend Monkey Wrench for all of your plumbing needs, but especially for a Tankless Water Heater... Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. We had a plumbing issue with a commercial building -- old corroded pipes. Called a few plumbers and decided to go with New Pro based on our confidence in Miguel. Instead, I received a list of recommendations with no prices. In my opinion, the inspection wasn’t worth the price as no estimate was provided of all items listed.
