I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. I'd recommend Nautilus to anyone - especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.

They repaired our rain drain system. The drain was being pushed so hard into the foundation it ended up cracking and broke the 90 degree pipe fitting. Lovely work!

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is too old. It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building.
