Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! We had an earthquake shutoff valve malfunction leaving a unit without gas. I called John's because the guy on the phone sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Victor came out and did a great job with the repair. I would use them again!

Christian the service tech was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and went over all my replacement options prior to leaving.

Had a leak at the bathroom sink and the toilet was running non-stop. Luckily, the Sunset West repair person had the right parts on his truck and he was able to fix both issues quickly.

I have used Leonard's services for fixing our garbage disposal, motion sensor light and various other problems. I have always found him to be very helpful, professional and honest. I did not have to call him back for any of the work he did for us. Always got it right the first time and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him.

This was the BEST plumbing experience we've ever had. My mom is 93 years old and oft times some companies will take advantage by charging sinfully high prices. Not so with Ford Plumbing. Jorge and Luis are TOP NOTCH, professional and polite. In comparison to other companies Ford is full of integrity! Jorge explained the work every step of the way and showed us the bad piping they removed to back up the diagnosis. I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again.

Plus they are locally owned! Love supporting neighbors!

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving. Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink. Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job! I was desperate and they were heroic.

Highly recommend Miguel and the New Pro team. He was very responsive and agreed to come within two hours that evening to help us address the issue with our garden spigot. Once he arrived, he was friendly, professional and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered a few recommendations for other areas that should be addressed in the future. Much appreciated!
