I understand that problems happen, sometimes beyond our control, and how this company dealt with it shows that they live their values. He dispatched the next available technician who arrived within 90 minutes.Gerardo, our technician, was wonderful. He was professional and even put on booties and a floor covering to make sure our floor stayed clean. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. Although he did not have the part we needed, he found a solution so we had our heat restored and will be back to finalize our repair once the part is ordered.We are fans of JW because they know how to treat customers.

My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. 5 stars all the way! These guys saved me on a recent trip to visit my uncle in Santa Monica. I clogged up the shower drain somehow and I had nowhere to turn. I hit the net to find a local plumbing. Rocket Plumbing showed up highly rated so I decided to give them a call.

Vic did a great job. He checked everything and replaced the breakers and so far things seem to be working well. Might have a problem with one of the dimmer switches in the kitchen but we are watching that to see if that is a problem. Recommended United to my neighbor and if I have any electrical problems I will call immediately to have Vic check them out. Many thanks for great service.
