The representative arrived on time, removed our old HWH and installed the new one within 1.5 hours. The price was the same as a quote from another plumbing company in town. I had a bunch of plumbing fixes and 2 guys came very quickly, they didn't upsell me but just went about fixing things inside and out as I asked. No drama, and I was always confident that they knew what needed to be done, They quickly left when all was done - no lingering while the clock was running. Don't tell them but their prices are too low!

PS They actually came about 6 weeks ago and I can tell you that all of their work has held up just fine.

Leonard has been a huge help to us fixing up our new home. He can repair, replace, upgrade anything. He replaced our kitchen sink, installed a bathroom vanity, re-wired our doorbell and added a camera, repaired gates and fences, installed a stove exhaust vent, hung mirrors, added a pet door, patched our roof, fixed broken doors and windows, installed a screen door, and much more. He is hard working, creative, and completely trustworthy.

Had a major plumbing issue in my house. I contacted Rocket Plumbing that morning, the customer service was great and they got a plumber right out to my home. They were very professional, courteous and explained exactly what the problem was and what would need to be done to repair the issue. This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.
