The plumber arrived on time. I explained the problems with the tub/shower faucet leak. He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous. I have used Red Lilly before and I would recommend this company.

Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. I'm hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

I highly recommend John's Plumbing. Their staff are very friendly, responsive and professional. I initially hired them to install fixtures for a washer and dryer in my detached garage, as well as a sink. Their quote was the best after comparing with 4 other companies. They not only handle the plumbing but they can also get any electrical work done that is needed. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and we were so happy with the job they did on our garage that we recently hired them again to install a filtering system for our home and to clear out a few backed up faucets. We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.
