I initially hired them to install fixtures for a washer and dryer in my detached garage, as well as a sink. Their quote was the best after comparing with 4 other companies. They not only handle the plumbing but they can also get any electrical work done that is needed. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and we were so happy with the job they did on our garage that we recently hired them again to install a filtering system for our home and to clear out a few backed up faucets. We called GR Plumbing for some plumbing issue in our basement. They gave me the estimate over the phone and we fixed the appointment. The guy was right on time and did the job in less than 3 hours. The work area was spotless, and the plumbing and wiring was all clean and neat which I asked for.

They came out for a simple drain clog. Said the couldn't clear it and pipes would have to be replaced at estimated cost of $3500. Got a second plumber and they were able to clear it no problem. They refunded the money, that's why 2 stars and not 1. But claimed they don't know why they would have recommended replacing the pipes. Shady!

This is the third time I've used Nautilus. This time was to install a new water heater at my Los Feliz home. As before, I found the Nautilus plumbers to be highly knowledgeable & skilled. Fernando & assistant know what they are doing, & I'm happy w/ my heater. Their prices were competitive. Their office staffer, Rosie, was also very helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when I had questions re obtaining a City permit for the heater. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. They have always communicated well, got the worked completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them.

The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only fixed the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first plumbing company to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem. Just wanted an estimate for repair.... instead all I got was a sell Pitch and never did get the estimate I was promised .. The service tech said he email it that evening..That was five days ago ... unacceptable went elsewhere ..
