I have tree roots in the pipes. So I need to call the plumber every six months. Recently I need a plumber every month. So I goggled to learn about how to deal with my sewer problems. I found this GR Plumbing and found that they can do the Trenchless Sewer Replacement. They brought a camera and tracking device to go through the pipe and showed me the root blockage spots and explained how they could do the replacement. I agreed with the estimate and gave them the job. They completed the job in one full day although it was over 100degree on that day.
I would say Gonzalo and his crew are professional and did the job nice and clean. He even offered a 25years pipe guarantee for the job.

If you're looking for an honest, skilled group of plumbers look no further. Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. are great to work with as are their staff (I've worked with Jay and Oliver). Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

Finally a company i can trust, i had 2 company's come out to give me a quote and this guy by far was the best in price and explaining my current issue as to why my main was getting clogged (all the time). They came by and got it unclogged , i will be calling them back this week to get them to come and fix it (permanently), i recommend them, just call them you wont be dissapointed!

When what was originally an extra drain plug became more stubborn and a twisted pipe was just a short term fix, we did some research and found Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company. From the first phone call to the end of the project, everyone we contacted was courteous, professional and very respectful of our time. They ran the drain with cameras and showed me what was wrong with the sewage system and gave us some ways to fix it. We never felt pressured and they were very quick to reassemble the outlines and set new traps. All 5 star service, I am very impressed with Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

I had an outstanding service experience with Micel Plumber when they came out for a sump pump installation in my home a few days ago. The job was done phenomenally at a really fair price. When it comes to quality plumbing work and customer service, this company is the best.

Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. TRUST – when it comes to your house, that’s the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.]

1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house. In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they’ll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company. Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free.

2. We’ve had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower. The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house. They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me.

And that’s trust.

We developed a leak around the base of our toilet, which has happened before. We’d used A1 and my husband called. Chris and Chris responded, assessed the problem, found needed to replace the flange. Also found another pinhole leak in plumbing when under the house. They successfully made the repairs though took till 10pm. We appreciated their hard work, patience and perseverance. Also that the senior Chris explained the problems clearly including w photos. Hopefully they solved the toilet problem permanently.

Had a shower head break and a shower not able to turn off as a result around 11:30pm. I called JB plumbing because we couldn’t figure out how to turn off our water. He actually answered his phone (something several other companies that said they had 24hr services didn’t do) and was extremely professional and kind to help us get the water off over the phone. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

I called Elite Plumbing for my tenant. The plumber was there within a couple hours and was able to have my rental home back to working conditions for my tenant. They were fast and efficient and provided great value for the price I was charged. I highly recommend them.

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.
