What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had 2 outside hose faucets and one under sink shut off valve replaced since they were 36 years old and needed replacing.
David and John were at my neighbors fixing her toilet when I asked them if they come over and work for me right away. They gave me an estimate and called in to see if they did not have another job right away, which they did not. Both were friendly and very polite. David was teaching the business to John. David was very knowledgeable and explained all my questions. Really glad they were able to fix my potential leaking problems right away. Thanks again Guys.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

Chris and Ryan did an outstanding job for me. I needed some galvanized nipples replaced. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and had the job done in a very suitable time frame. I also thought Metcalf's pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

I have been working with Stilwell for a some years now, our building is very old and it does have a lot of issues. It has always been a good experience with them, very responsive and respectful.
And now with the new division of Stilwell mechanical, I am very thankful for the help they have extended to us. They are very responsive and they make you feel like its a partnership.

Our technician was excellent, A Allah. He was very good solving our problems with panel box being labeled incorrectly. It’s an older home. Now with increased amps and knowledge of what outlets are on same breaker, we can stop tripping breaker. We are extremely satisfied with Alley’s help and would definitely use their services again.
