Best Water Service Replacement in Baltimore MD

Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

We have used Ace plumbing on numerous bathroom renovations over the last couple years. Joe and his team do a great job. I would recommend them highly and we will continue to use them in the future.

Dan is thee Man! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did not try to upsell me on any aspect of the job and offered a quality recommendation for next steps in repairing a broken underground pipe. 10/10 would recommend! Save yourself time and money by calling Dan!

Changed the handle of toilet. Charged me $215.wrote an estimate to install a new faucet for $1189. Without guarantee not to break the vanity. Next day another plumber changed the same faucet charged me $150
all without any complications in half an hour.

I truly experienced some great customer service from Catons Plumbing today!. Not only did I get same day service within a few hours after calling, but they were prompt, courteous, and cost effective. The plumber Mr. Bruce Jordon was not only knowledgeable and displayed a high level of professionalism, but was informative, and explained to me that the faucet i was having problems with had a lifetime warranty associated with it , and gave me options of going with this warranty; which would mean no work or money for Catons Plumbing, or getting a new faucet installed. Honest and Competent. You can't ask for more than that.
I went with the new faucet but really appreciated being given this option.Talk about great service. I was impressed! I know where i will look to for all my plumbing needs in the future. Its Catons Plumbing from now on. So if you want a Plumber who cares, Catons Plumbing is the one! highly recommend them.

Some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and hard working contractors I’ve ever dealt with! Our water heater broke unexpectedly, leaving us without hot water or heat (aquatherm furnace) and they were able to come out right away to install a replacement at a reasonable price. They helped us navigate a complicated warranty replacement, an above-average complexity install, and went above and beyond at every step to make sure the job was done right...even going out of their way to secure a part in order to prevent the same issue from happening in the future! Khuma Very good and consideration of our concerns

Both the plumbing team and the restoration teams provided excellent service. We have a water leak from our jacuzzi tub that sprayed out over the ceiling of our living room floor. The plumbing team got here quickly, identified the issue and was in contact with us throughout the day on updates for finding parts, etc. The restoration team arrived at the time they said, inspected the damaged area, explained everything then got to work. They kept the demolition contained and cleaned up afterwards. Bret (4707), Jake (2445) and Zau (3474) were the restoration team. Missed the name of the gentleman from the restoration team that helped us with the insurance claim, which we got submitted same day. Thanks Roto-rooter.

Plumber fixed flange, set new toliet, 1 hour labor, all materials were already at job to set the toliet including the toliet, travel distance was less than a mile from their shop to me and he charged me $565.00. I feel very taken advantage of. Further, the receipt clearly stated remove existing toliet THERE WAS NO TOLIET TO REMOVE. No phone call from Plumber to explain.
