Very much appreciated Hank replacing a dimmer switch. He found that the original switch had been wired incorrectly and ensured that this switch and another that connected to the light both worked correctly. He also found an exposed wire and corrected this. I joked that I had called an electrician because I was not a fan of family members electrocuting themselves trying to DIY fix things...but in this case that was not a joke! Thanks, Hank!

I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.
