Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent. When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. These guys were amazing! I requested help on a Saturday, when my hot water heater started leaking. I made an appt online for Monday, but got a call on Sunday afternoon asking if I’d like them to come early! EARLY!!!! Dave showed up and we came up with a great plan to get my hot water heater replaced — 2 hours later, we were back in business! Fantastic!!!

This is absolute trash of a company. Came an hour and some change outside of their appointment time and didn’t bring a ladder for an attic project (!) so they’re coming back tomorrow. What a joke. Avoid. Avoid.

I had a toilet tank rebuild. The technician was very friendly. However, I noticed that the work had not been done correctly and my toilet began leaking by the next morning. I called Michael and Son and the operator, rather than saying we'll be right out, said, how about Tuesday (three days later)? That's not what one expects to hear when their technician messed up and there's water on your floor. For such a premium, high-priced service I expect both better work and better customer service.
