I contacted Len The plumber and made a schedule to inspect a water leak problem. They requsted to rescedule the first time then for thd 2nd and 3rd resceduling, they didnt even bother to call and inform me. I had to call them and findout that they were busy to show up. Got my tenant to wait for them on 3 differnt appointments and no show. Very unprofessional.

Had an old garbage disposal units leaking from the sink and needed to be replaced. Tim Paul replaced it within minutes without any issues.
Will call on him again!

I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.
