Ty is very professional and very honest. We had a hard time dealing with the first plumber that got assigned to us. After two weeks, the issue still existed. We decided to find a new plumber and found Ty online. We contacted him and explain the urgency of our plumbing issue between the sink & washing machine. In an hour, he came and outright find the issue and use the right tool to snake it & remove the clog. I highly recommend Ty to anyone who’s in need of professional plumber. This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.
He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

I am more than just impressed, I am grateful for Baltimore Water Heater guys! I live in Fed Hill, had an emergency, and called two big companies. Both times I got a secretary with no knowledge of plumbing or costs. One company even charged to just look at it (and not until the next day). Then I called BWHGs. Rob gave me a flat fee on the phone, without seeing it. He asked me to take some pictures, then came right over. It was a bigger job than he had anticipated due to the previous plumber's shoddy job, but Rob still stuck to his initial flat fee. Folks, Use BWHGs. You will talk to a real guy who knows his stuff; he will take all guesswork out by giving you a flat fee; and to top it off he's a nice guy who wants to help and is truly grateful for the work. I would recommend BWHGs to anyone who needs a water heater replaced; they are so good at it because it's all they do!

I had them come out to check out a faint water hammer sound. Extremely professional, thorough, and provided great advice. I loved that they didn’t pressure me into doing work that wasn’t necessary. I will 1000% use them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

Service person (joe) was polite, pleasant, neat and clean. Very professional. Appreciate the service.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers.
