Best Water Line Replacement in Baltimore MD

We have been using this company for 6 years now. From water heater replacement, pipe relocations and plumbing leaks. I always get a quick response and they are out usually that day.

I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.

Very prompt service, called at 9pm the night before, they had a plumber out at 8am the next day. Fixed my toilet seal that was leaking down into my kitchen and fixed the shower drain that was leaking as well from a previous bad plumber job 2 years ago. They were very professional, explained everything in detail, answered my questions. Great to work with! I recommend.

Khuma was very professional and very quick maybe 1 hour from the time I called! He had very nice snake machine and cleared the pipe in no time. Would highly recommend.

Dama (1503) and Tyrone (5421) did a magnificent job repairing our leak that forced us to turn water off to the whole house. We’d been without water for 2 days by the time we reached out to roto-rooter and it took them no time at all to diagnose our issue, explain their plan of attack, and get to work. They also helped install shut off valves for our shower to help us avoid having to turn water off to the whole house in the future. Can’t recommend Dama and Tyrone highly enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help their customer. Thanks again guys!! Property owner/s beware! Before booking an appointment with Stillwell Plumbing, please read the reviews and take it to heart. My rating is a D- for not honoring their 8-12 appointment window time-frame! Took personal time off (morning) from work for nothing. And, Stillwell Plumbing receives an F for poor communication in not communicating to the that the technician was going to be delayed.

Michael and Sons was great! I had a tankless water heater that was tripping the GFCI outlet. I called to have someone come out and inspect and just to make sure there was nothing wrong with the water heater. Ted Westwood was our technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue and unfortunately had to replace the unit (most likely a failure of the old home owners to maintain the unit). Ted was very efficient and professional. He walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. He replaced the unit in a few hours and got us back up and running.
