Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Jerry the plumber was knowledgeable, and fast to provide all the possible options. This helped us to make an informed decision on the way ahead. He was extremely courteous and professional. I will request him by name next time I need their services.

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

This is a very horrible and unprofessional establishment. for two days I've been waiting for a plumber and no one has showed that two days of pay that I've missed behind their neglect. they have not one time tried to call and say the plumber is running late or would you like to reschedule for the inconvenience. Sunday I had a time frame of 10-2 when 2:15pm came and I seen there was no plumber so I called and spoke with cristy who then gave me another time frame of 5-6 and still no plumber yesterday. now Monday I had a time frame of 12-4 around 3:30pm I called to make sure they was still coming that when cristy said oh they will be running late but when was they going to notify me. she then gave a new time frame of 5-8 and still no plumber and cant even get in touch with them because they wont answer the phone and they are suppose to be 24/7 very unprofessional. ive called over 15 times and left over 7 messages and have yet to receive a call back or anything. THEY ARE THE MOST HORRBLIE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WOSRT COMANY IVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS OR EVEN A NEGATIVE STAR CAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR

The tech was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful when he came in my home he covered up his feet. He made sure that he was clean. I really appreciate doing business with him based on my experience with the tech that came to my house I would refer this company to anyone he did a great job. I also scheduled an appointment with him to do further work on March 6.
