Best Water Line Repair/Replace in Baltimore MD

Ty replaced an old cast iron tub with a new tub. He provided a detailed quote and did the job expertly and efficiently. We were very happy with the completed job. Ty is personable and conscientious and I highly recommend him.

Scheduling a technician was easy. They do charge $89 for a visit, but will put it towards your invoice if you end up hiring them.

Issue: tech came out and completed the visit but never sent an estimate. Still charged the $89... called and got a refund with no apology for the lack of service.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and can not grasp the meaning of good customer service. Avoid them at all cost!!! After waiting 5 months to replace two ceiling fans, Stilwell Plumbing refused to complete the job after rescheduling several times via their failure to document scheduling and execute properly. The management (Christy Stilwell) was very unprofessional and could not execute properly handling needed documentation or follow through with proper tools and scheduling several times. Do not use this company as they are very horrible.
