We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

I called Friday evening and Len was able to send a technician by 9am Saturday. Zach was courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. Our A/C repair was done quickly and would call Len for Future HVAC needs.

This guys are phenomenal! Water heater failed catastrophically. They were over within hours after we called them, when everyone else wasn't available for DAYS. In and out within 3 hours exactly as predicted. Straight up pricing as predicted by their website - actually I think they came in a little under their website. Fast, Responsible, Professional, and EASY. Which is everything you want when your water heater catastrophically fails. They even checked on us a frw days later - incredibly kind. We WILL USE AGAIN.

I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.
