I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. I told him not to worry about cleaning up and he just chuckled and cleaned and wiped down everything. Caton Plumbing and Bruce are definitely the Go To Team. Thank you Caton Plumbing. My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. Scheduled an appointment for 9am (9-11 window). Got up early with my elderly grandmother. I called to ask what was up when no call no text by 11:15. Dispatcher said the tech would be on their way soon. I called back a half hour later and dispatcher says the tech is running late, won't be there til 1pm. They should have called me to say they were late, not the customer having to go on an Easter egg hunt. We cancelled. 4 hrs of our morning wasted waiting. Not to be confused for the other Abbott plumbing.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

Plumber needed assistance with projects! Neither issue was resolved after leaving and now cannot get a response from anyone on how to resolve the situation.

I regret doing business with this company. They replaced my dead furnace two years ago. The installation was ok, and had no issues for a while other than noticing a lower performance compared to the previous one, but that was bearable. Recently however I had a problem they are supposed to fix (while the furnace is still under warranty) and things became complicated. The crew had to came to my place 4 times for an easy fix. This means that 4 times I had to take some time off work. Far from ideal. Missy over the phone is very nice, though.
