Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

If you want just the short version I highly recommend Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating.

We found out we had a leak in the main water line to the house when our basement started to flood. The insurance company wanted several estimates for the repair before deciding what work would be covered and I contacted Abbott Brothers after reading positive reviews online. I spoke to the owner Mike Soper Sr. who came out the next day on a weekend. Mr. Soper inspected, took measurements, and came up with some creative solutions for replacing the line with the minimum amount of disruption to our front lawn, flower beds, concrete walkway, and concrete steps. Not easy! His estimate was also extremely reasonable and the work description he provided was just what the adjuster wanted.

As soon as we got approval from the insurance company, Abbott Brothers was able to quickly schedule the repair. The crew arrived when they said they would and got to work digging the trench. More crew showed up throughout the day as the work progressed from excavation to plumbing. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, professional and happy to explain what they were doing and why. The work was completed quickly and on schedule, the job site was tidy and clean when they were finished, and before leaving they walked us through the work that had been done and answered all of our questions. Everyone involved seemed to take real pride in a job well done.

My warranty company assigned Ray’s plumbing after two others and they were extremely knowledgeable. Very respectable, reliable and overall a great experience for having my first plumbing issue of a new home.
