I called for service because black stuff was coming up in my toilet and brown water was coming from the water heater. Rob came out and explain everything to me and sent me a itemize bill for the cost, I own this house for over 30 years and the pipes where old and needed to replace. They gave me a gift of happiness when they replace both items for me today April 14, 2023. The kindness and respect I give to this company.

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
