Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

I am very pleased with the service the technician provided. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He got our air conditioning up and running for us in a matter of minutes, and the price didn’t break the bank which was what I was expecting after reading some of the reviews.

I had an emergency and this company was amazing. First and foremost, I called them on a Sunday and I was glad it didn't go to voicemail. The gentleman was transparent from the beginning, both about his availability and the price range so I knew what's the most it could cost. It took hours to clear my situation and he was very professional, patient, got the job done, and most importantly, sticked to the price range. Micheal's performance was excellent. Asked first what was the problem. Looked at each area needing repair. Listeeds to all of my questions and answered each very professional. Got first hand answers from boss on anothrr problem my house had that another technitian would have to look at.Micheal was very polite and scheduled another appointment to complete the job at hand and schedule the other technition to come and check my furnace.
