After having a new toilet installed by a company who obviously spends quite a bit on their marketing and advertising, I realized that their tech had not secured the toilet tightly (which can lead to major problems down the line). Thankfully, I was referred to T.L. Back Plumbing. Ty did an incredible job, professional, meticulous, and cost-efficient. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Great experience!! Rohan Virsawmi was very helpful and has done a great job installing the new valve under my sink. I will use again as I have a few other repairs that are needed. My appointment was for a 4 hour window. The morning of the appointment I received a phone call with exact time plumber will arrive. Plumber arrived on time and was professional. Completed work quickly and cleaned up work space in the bathroom even placing the rug back in place I had moved before his arrival. I have used this company for years and am always pleased with their work.

They added a new drain pipe and water supply lines so I could turn my single sink bathroom vanity into double sink. They were quick, well priced, cleaned up after themselves and they were really nice and helpful!

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Called at 430 pm on a Friday evening and was able come out within a hour. I had a back up that was an ugly situation. Fast response and completed the job so that we were able to use the toliet.
He was honest and being that to me...it was an emergency the fee was fair.
I would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! In fact, he fixed it so quickly that there was no charge. Now that’s a company i can count on in the future. Outstanding work by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING!

Very professional I would recommend them any time of the day

Sent a guy who had no clue what he was doing; I called the company and the fellow was sent back with a supervisor. He ended quitting the job right there in my house.
The supervisor left, promising ti send in another guy; I waited for two hours. Nobody showed up. They called that somebody will come the following day between 6am-10am. It is 12:30pm and still waiting.
Missed work for two days.
Still waiting for the second day with no work done.
Worst- time management
