I have used T.L. Back Plumbing numerous times over the last 3-4 years for my own house as well as y investment properties, they are super responsive and very good. I would highly recommend them.

NEEDED AN OUTSIDE FAUCET REPLACED. EMAILED RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING-GOT TEXT EARLY NEXT MORNING , THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE SAME DAY. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORK WAS GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU

I was able to get a prompt appointment. The tech, Davon, was here on time. He explained my problem and gave me options to address the issue. He then made the necessary repairs in a very timely manner.

Started job late in the day like 33opmTurn off water didn't give any notice came late the next day about 1030am didn't get any water until 2pm did the same thing about 2 months ago no notice no water for 2 days I know the job needed to be done could let people know so we can get water to use the bathroom very inconsiderate people

Liana (the master plumber) provided excellent service. Came to fix a problem with my toilet which was leaking through the ceiling. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and unclog the pipes. Provided great feedback on the likely cause of the problem, and recommendations on how to avoid this issue going forward. He was very kind and professional. I will be using their services exclusively going forward for any plumbing related issues.

We called Roto Rooter to fix a back up. We had 3 technicians come out and claimed they cleared our blockage. They didn’t. It kept happening even after they assured us it was cleared and fixed. It wasn’t until Purcell Edwards came out and took the time to locate the problem. He was amazing. He spent time with us to be sure we understood the problem and then offered solutions. He was timely and professional.

We have been using Hardy Plumbing for a few years now and will never turn to another plumber. They’ve helped us get a house ready to sell and are our go to plumbers if we need a repair, or even just to answer a question. Very responsive, professional, friendly, and on time. 10/10 would recommend Justin and his crew!

This is the worst most unprofessional company. The ladies that answer the phones are very nice and polite but that’s where the professionalism ends. My appt. was 8-12 pm but they arrived at 3:25 pm. The worker that came to my house seemed lazy and acted like things weren’t covered under my policy (but I knew the were).

Called to have them return for a repair that wasn’t done correctly. Manager/owner got nasty and smart and refused to send someone out (had to call my insurance even though the item was still under their warranty).

Bottom line, I would avoid this company at all cost especially because they don’t want to stand behind their work. Years ago I had a worker come out from this company and he was great; but now I have nothing good to say about these recent workers.

Had a leak from the upstairs toilet and found our shower and sink wouldn’t drain (not emergency). Made a late night appointment and they were out the next morning at 8am and everything fixed by 10am. Very polite, explained everything, cost was $750 to take off the toilet and snake the drain.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. We'll definitely be using Stokes again when plumbing issues arise.

Chris and Allen were very respectful and professional while in my home and while installing my new gas range. I would definitely use Metcalf again. A third service technician came to my home the next day for another concern. Although I didn’t get his name, he was wonderful and went above and beyond. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was done. All of the technicians cleaned up completely when done. Metcalf was wonderful!!!!

Nick's seriously the best! His thoroughness and accuracy are unmatched and he's the one I call (and the one I recommend to friends and family) when experiencing plumbing issues. I've also recommended him to friends for installation/design at their place of business.

You can count on Nick's Plumbing to get the job done right the first time, and to not suggest any unnecessary repairs. If he detects a small issue, a small issue is what he'll fix. If it's a larger project, he'll explain it all in a way that makes perfect sense so you know you're in good hands.
