Joshua Whitehurst was exceptional! He was faced with a very old home with very challenging multiple plumbing issues. He arrived right on time and spent the entire day taking care of every problem. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him!

Had a pipe spring a leak in our basement overnight. Called Caton's and they were able to send someone out within the hour (didn't mention that Thanksgiving was the next day) where other services either couldn't guarantee anything or could only fit us in late in the day. They also have water restoration as part of their services and pair them, so we were also able to begin the clean up process to make sure we wouldn't have any mold form.

I have used them a few times and have always been happy with them. All of the guys who have been out to my house have been nice and professional and able to fix my problem/compete the work. Most recently I had a leak in my hot water tank and within like 3 hours of calling them they had the new one installed. And that was on a Saturday. They also do HVAC work.

I had lived in dire need of someone who could have the passion and the need for urgent resolution of my sewer system which needed to be connected to the city system. Mr Plumber was spot on, and his services exceeded my expectations. Very creative and thorough. I have kept Mister Plumber as my go to person for any plumbing issues

Justin has been tremendous on both occasions we have used him. He came and replaced a spicket in our garage that was leaking and he came the SAME DAY to fix our hot water heater. He is fair priced, very knowledgeable, very professional and a great guy. We highly recommend his business.

Had broken copper pipe at my tub faucet assembly. David was on time and completed the repair as promised by the office when I called in the morning.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

I wish i had the same experience with this company as others. My assigned time was 2-6. I waited 2:30-6:00. I did not receive a call to say they would be late. No technician came to my house. At 6:13 a technician called me that was extremely apologetic and helpful. He said that the original technician had to cancel and he was just now reassigned the job. He understood that I had to leave so he said someone would call me to reschedule. No one called. I called to reschedule and the woman on the phone was accusatory and rude so i asked to speak to a manager. The manager then said that since i asked for a three hour window instead of a four hour window, it caused the technician to be 10 minutes late. Which is the opposite of what the technician said the night before. The manager was speaking over me and getting too animated on the phone so i decided to cut ties and go with a different company. I hope my experience was an outlier.

Making an appointment with Michael and Son was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I was able to make my appointment online which was easy and convenient. Might I add i was able to make my appointment for the same day. The technician that was assigned was Stephen. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem very fast. I would highly recommend Michael and Son but specifically Stephen. My husband and I plan to use Michael and Son for any future home needs.They are also Military friendly which is a plus!
