I had water leaking into my basement, I called Lens and they sent out there best technician( Mr. Whitehurst). I showed him the problem he looked into it, he gave me a quote, that I was satisfied with and now all is great.

Mr Bruce Jordon replaced my kitchen faucet in such a professional manner by explaining all that he did as he completed his work. He even cleaned the area that he worked in; nothing was out of place and trash was in the trash bin. I really would recommend Bruce to others because he does excellent work.

After the flush of the toilet in the upstairs bathroom led to water seeping through the ceiling into my living room, I put in an emergency call at 5:30 am, they gave me instructions to be able to stop the water from flowing and had someone to my house by 7am. Troy (the service man) was knowledgeable and speedy with a diagnosis of a clogged pipe out to the main line. They called in what was needed to fix the clog and was all finished before 10am!

PS those disposable/flushable wipes will clog your pipes, I would suggest avoiding them!

I was so happy that a technician could come out on a Saturday on such short notice. Andy explained everything clearly, letting me know that my electrical issue was a problem for BGE to fix and that the equipment in my house was fine.

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

I'd recommend Nicks plumbing to anyone who wants the job done right the first time for a reasonable price. The technician was a pretty cool guy, the kind you want to drink a beer with. He said he has a flame thrower which is pretty cool. So call Nicks plumbing
