I have used Len the plumber numerous times. I am generally happy with the service and this time was no exception. The tech, John, was thorough and got the job completed in a timely manner while also taking the time to explain to me what the problem was.

The first technician Catons sent was a disaster. He was unable to find the house but kept insisting on the phone, irately, that he was in front of the house when he was nowhere in sight. He also grabbed my cordless drill off the counter without even asking (during a pandemic) to try to pull out the faucet body. When he couldn't get the faucet off, he announced that I needed a new faucet. In addition to this bizarre behavior, his command of the English language was too limited to communicate effectively about the job he was doing. I told him I didn't want him to install a new faucet, and he left. Quite frustrating, because I still had no water in the kitchen and had wasted several hours dealing with this.

Upon researching the problem further, I discovered Moen would send the necessary replacement part free of charge, but I decided to upgrade the faucet and picked one up from Home Depot. Then I requested a second technician from Catons to handle the installation.

Bruce, the second technician, did a great job. It took a little less than an hour, and he agreed to give me the hourly rate rather than charging for a flat fee for faucet replacement, which would have been nearly double the hourly cost, $400 instead of $200. He also explained how a trap works and why the lack of a trap in the right-hand sink (which I had not known about) was something that should be fixed. I would have had him make that repair today, but it would have been an extra $200 for fetching parts.

Having seen Catons' price list, I decided to use an independent plumber for reworking the trap.

Stephen J Tant Plumbing was great. They came out next day immediately knew what the problem was. They were able to fix it and were both clean and professional the entire time would absolutely use again.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

After our main plumbing line busting, Maung with Roto Rooter was there within 3 hours. He gave us a very fair price and within 2 hours the pipe was replaced and clean up was performed. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone needing prompt and timely service.

I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

Michael & Son provided me a reasonable quote with applicable discounts on a Carrier hvac system which included a state of the art thermostat, condensation pump and duct cleaning where others had inflated pricing. The representative promptly scheduled me for next day installation.The installation team arrived on time and quickly went to work. Metcalf Plumbing stepped up BIG time when our bathroom flooded and our family was out of the country and our regular plumber was out of town.
