Quick and neat.

Had a battery backup installed on my sump pump. Sump pump is located outside and tech was a little unsure if having it outside would cause water to seep into battery case. Felt like he as the technician could have came up with more ideas to solve the problem instead of leaving it up to me to make the desicion. I have little knowledge on this subject and I'm unaware on the best way to set these up. The battery back up isn't exactly put into its final position and for $360 (285 of which was for 90 mins of labor) it seems like this would be something they would have different options for. Other then that technician was very friendly and asked for permission everytime a issue arised that would cause the bill to climb. A little pricier then I was expecting also.

The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

These people are dishonest. They take your money and do not fix the issue. They lack personal skill and did not bring necessary tools to do the job. If I could give zero starts I would.

Our Tech Paul was awesome he made sure r the problem was addressed and gave me great options. He even spoke with the city rep when they came. He cleaned up the area before he left Andy was a pleasure to deal with. On the initial visit they responded and come quickly. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Came a little late, but assessed and fixed right away. Had all the parts ready to go. They checked to make sure it was done right after they fixed which put my mind at ease.

Had a complete clog in my bathtub, which is the original tub in a very old townhouse in Washington, DC. Called one plumbing company to come out and snake the drain. First, since I asked for a Saturday appointment, my service window was between 9am and 4pm, which ruined any hopes I had of planning anything during Father's Day weekend. Then, this other company charged a fee to come and tell me that the drain could not be snaked out and needed to be completely replaced and wanted to charge $700 dollars to replace the drain (which was conveniently after seeing that there was copper piping, which is expensive to replace). After seeing such a ridiculous price, I called Roto-Rooter at 11am on a Saturday, who was able to send a plumber out by 1 that same day! My plumber, Van, was extremely polite and understanding of my situation. He gave me different options for fixing my drain, and actually was able to snake it out (obviously the most cost effective option).

Super helpful company. I had a plumbing emergency and was dealing with a nightmare home warranty company to cover the repair. Abend answered all my calls day and night and even reached out to the company to help assist with getting my repair covered. They came out and got everything done quick and easy. I found AlphaPlumbing through a quick google search after my husband noticed our toilet was leaking. They were able to schedule a tech to come out to our house the next day; Josh was super nice and very efficient! Will definitely use their service in the future.
