Really great service addressing a kitchen sink/branch line clog. Nick was very friendly and he addressed the cost up front. While not cheap, the service was very good and thorough and I trust we will not have more issues any time soon. He even came back to address a problem with the air vent for the dishwasher which resulted from my error in putting it back together, not his. Thanks.

We were experiencing a problem with our hot water heater that needed to be replaced and after multiple discussions hired Modern Plumbing Systems for the project and couldn't be more pleased. Sam arrived on time and immediately went to work in a very professional and efficient manner. The first thing he did was to carefully cover the entire flooring area being impacted. I had several questions for Sam and he was extremely courteous, thorough and patient with his responses to each and every one. Sam performed the entire job efficiently and with much attention to detail and care. I was extremely impressed with the results. The new Hot water heater not only performs well, but, the manner in which it was installed is so neat, expertly implemented and is so attractive that I've actually been showing it off to family and friends!

The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the supervisor was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

The person who set up the appointment for service was very efficient and professional. The service technician who installed the new stove was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Roto Rooter to others and would reach out to them again if I needed the services they offer.

Absolutely horrible company. No guarantee of their services. Piss poorly managed and fails to follow directions. Never do business with them. There are plenty of other companies that do the same work for far less
