They are always polite, very accommodating to my needs, quick to arrive and get the job done. Estimates and bills are always clear, gone over with by workman-estimator so there are no more surprises. James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. We had water getting into our home from 2 recent storms. The drywall was saturated and the wood floor buckled from the water. The source of the water could not be determined for certain.

Our technician Brian K. was very thorough and made sure I knew all the details of the issues, and how to resolve them.

ALD was recommended by the contractor that inspected the damage for my insurance company. My insurance company also recommended ALD and refunded the cost of the report.

I received a very detailed report in a few business days. Brian provided lots of information in the report, as well as photos with identifying marks to supplement the text.
