Elijah tech #0176 was verry professional and did a great job figuring out the issue and fixing it in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 would recomend him!

We had a small leak in our ceiling that was coming from the upstairs bathroom so we called Liana to come check it out. He came over about 2 hrs later and It only took him a couple of minutes to show us that something in the shower was not caulked properly and was causing the leak downstairs. He recommended we just caulk it on our own and didn't charge us for anything, not even a quick service call. He was honest and professional and we will definitely call him for any plumbing services in the future.

Had a drain problem, needed reliable and quality service. Called RotoRooter. Setting up the appointment was easy, I did not need emergency service.Dama Fanai came out for the appointment. Professional, fast, friendly, and excellent work.Made the problem go away !! I hate drain problems, but having it done this well and fast is Great!

After being turned down by the plumber that Home Depot assigned, giving no explanation, I went to the store to find another plumber. There was no way to select another plumber using Home Depots website, and no way to do it using my phone. I went to the HD store where I had purchased the water heater, and a helpful woman at the service desk called another plumber and left a message for him to call me. Sh then suggested I visit another HD store, where sh said this plumber could be found. Speaking to a very helpful plumbing dept rep, I learned that NONE of the HD plumbers would do my install because it had a Ground Source Heat Pump connection. Very disapointed with HD for not making it easy to connect with a plumber, and not showing the limitations of their capability v/v GSHP.

Metcalf said no problem and did the excellent installation work the next day.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

I would not recommend this company because they did not show up for my appointment when I had a major plumbing issue. I was assigned to Stilwell plumbing by my warranty company. They claim they could only give me an appointment for Wednesday July 1st from 8-12pm as a window of time of arrival. My warranty company call them, then they assigned me a 4-8pm time slot on Tuesday June 30th. No one from Stilwell Plumbing showed up to address my major plumbing issue. Nor did anyone call to inform me that they had to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I call their emergency line and left a message around 8:30pm and it is almost 2 hours later, and I still haven’t receive a call back. I would think as a business they would have been more professional and to their customers.

Geo Plumbing service were professional, gave me a specific time frame so that I did not have to wait around all day. They resolved the issue without incident. They are courteous, friendly, and respectful. They have great work ethics and they are honest. I did not get the run around from them.

I don't have words to express how thankful I am for the prompt response to a backlog emergency I have in my basement bathroom. I call and Dan took my call, he was on his way for lunch and still took his time to ask me what was my problem. What can I said, one hour later he was at my house fixing the issue. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a plumber.

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

We had a problem with water in our basement bathroom and we gave them a call. They could have came out and charged us an arm and a leg but instead they walked my husband through a simple problem over the phone for free. Super honest. I will use them for all my future plumbing problems because i know they will be honest and just so super helpful and friendly.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

Charles came to assist later on and he also provided stellar service and was extremely helpful with our insurance claim. I've had a pretty substantial leak in my pool most of the summer, and had been putting off having it looked at until the end of the season so that any repairs could be completed after the season. I wish I had called sooner because not only did Tim from American Leak Detection come out and find all the leaks, but they were actually minor leaks that he was able to fix as he found them! One week later and I still haven't had any leaks :-D
