Guys were great they came way down from bmore and fixed our water heater they didn't have to do that if you want the job done call geo's they are trustworthy especially after all service pros stiffed us

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. I will definitely tell my Friends a d coworkers about them. Thanks Again for the Great work!

Wow, am I happy about my fixed shower! I tried to DIY it...needless to say, it didn't go as planned and I had water shooting everywhere!! I called Roto-Rooter and within an hour I had a technician out fixing my screw up. Jeff F. #1174 did an awesome job. They did a good job and showed me all the corrections they made and how they did so in a way that'll provide stability and longevity. However, I feel I was misled on the estimate. My understanding was it would be no more than $400 but ended up paying nearly $800 for a repaired pipe, installed washer hose, and a new pvc washer drain. $800 seemed excessive.
