Nice person; expensive charge, but did not get the job done, not a familiar brand; another plumber, also not familiar with the brand, was able to get the job done in less than 15 minutes

We used Ace Plumbing for our kitchen remodel. Kevin Bahr was our plumbing tech and he was wonderful. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He was able to answer all of our questions we had.

Professional, and reasonably priced.

Technician John Frazier is extremely knowledgeable. He is courteous and explains what the problem is and needs to be done to resolve the issue and find the best price. I give John my highest recommendation.

I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.

I can’t believe this place has such good reviews.We have had a problem with our toilet backing up and not flushing properly. I don’t know anything about plumbing but it seemed like it shouldn’t be too complicated. I put in a call Saturday at around 11:30 am, the plumber arrived probably about an hour later and everything seemed great. Then he tried to upsell us on everything, and ended up charging $600 which was several times more than I expected to pay. Whatever, toilet’s fixed so that’s the important thing.Except that now the other toilet is suddenly having the same problem, when it was perfectly fine before. So I call again the next day, a little irritated at paying $600 for my problem to be redirected. The operators are incredibly rude to me but tell me they’ll send someone out within two hours, probably less. 2 hours later I receive a text saying they’re on their way, and over an hour later they are still not here. I call again, the operator is EXTREMELY rude to me, and I’m told they’re not far away (on a street I’ve never heard of). So far 15 minutes later there’s no sign of them.At this point, even if they do arrive and fix anything, I’ve wasted my entire weekend sitting here waiting around. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.EDIT: Our plumber arrived (90 minutes after the text saying he was on his way) but once he got here, he was great. Fixed our issue in 15 minutes with no charge. Updated to 2 stars.

When I woke up to a wet floor in my basement, I instantly became STRESSED 😫!! I didn't know who to called! I called Michael and Sons, from the initial call, the dispatcher was pleasant and professional. I received a courtesy call and text message of the technician coming to my home with a great short bio. Ted was the lead tech, he was so knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and professional along with Alex. They replaced my water heater within a few hours. They were great. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

When our reliable plumber retired, we were not sure where to turn. Nick was recommended by a neighbor. One visit is all it took to convince us we found our new plumber. Nick has been out twice for different plumbing issues. He is professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Needed urgent repair of a leaking pipe above our basement. They arrived soon after we called, identified the problem, and solved it quickly and at a reasonable cost. They are responsive, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a hvac installed on Wednesday in a condo the salesman Scott was awesome and the install was flawless. Tyrone and his crew did a great job and explained everything that they were doing. Only issue i have is the heat isn't currently working. They are coming out on Monday to see whats going on. I would 100% recommend them to do any work.
