I contacted Dan a little bit over a week ago. We had some mold removed from our basement and it unearthed the main sewer line in the walls. It looked awful and corroded. I was able to get an estimate with Dan and discussed estimates with my wife and Dan came in around the same as them all however he had more experience and nothing trumps experience. We had the piping removed today and also had a laundry sink removed and a new one installed with new cut off valves. Hopefully we won't need any plumbing work done anytime soon but if we do, we will be calling Dan back.

We had a sewage backup that some poor-quality plumbers said we'd need a full replacement for. After much research and stress, we finally got to talk with other plumbers including C.A. Taciak who I instantly trusted. Sam and Frank were very responsive, professional, patient, and kind.

They gave an honest evaluation and we hired them for the work at a fraction of the cost (cost of money, time, and damage to our house).

Roto Rooter took our situation with a stuck, partially blind squirrel that could not get out of our sump pump pipe seriously. She was scared by something and got stuck going in deep. The technician saw her and then weighed his options. She was blocking the way for any water to get out. He used his snake tool without the blades on the end to push through the drain. We saw the snake appear at the end but not her until suddenly a muddy little critter came streaking out like lightning. He happily removed her without any further damage to animal, pipe or pump. We can't thank them enough for helping us when another service wouldn't even return our calls on the weekend. Thank you, Kenny, our hero! :-)

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. The technician arrived on time and was prepared to fix my water leak. He explained the problem thoroughly and his estimate was accurate. Hopefully, I will not need another plumber, but if I do, I would definitely use this service again in the future.
