Ace Plumbing was a sub-contractor working for Kenwood Kitchens when we remodeled our bathrooms. Kevin did such a great job, that I contacted Ace to do some additional plumbing work on our house. Kevin was once again our plumber and did an excellent job - quick, neat and the price was very reasonable. You will be very pleased with any work that you have Ace plumbing do for you.

Called Len the Plumber when our AC/thermostat malfunctioned in April. They replaced the unit and the thermostat. We were told that the fees for the initial days work would be credited towards new install. Never happened. $2k over charged. I called three times and no one ever got back to me. Even to say “we’re sorry, our tech misspoke, that’s not something we offer”. I got zero communication. I decided to cancel my service plan with them because of the poor communication.Additionally, our next two BGE bills skyrocketed to over $700 each. It seemed like we could never get the system to turn off or do what we asked. At this point I didn’t trust Len the Plumber to make it right so I we called a different company. They discovered that Len left a jumper wire in the system that didn’t allow it to cut off. I’m so angry.

Darryl was very thorough and professional. He did a great job clearing the drain and making sure things were back to normal.

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Great price, professional, timely, perfect service. Highly recommend.

Turning water on for home inspection.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. We'll definitely be using Stokes again when plumbing issues arise.

Mr. Les came to assess and give an estimate of converting from oil to gas boiler. He was very helpful in giving us information about the work involved and made suggestions so we can weigh our options. He was very professional and easy to talk with. Russell came out the same day I called and resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Additionally, he educated me on avoiding the same issue with my dishwasher in the future.

Gave me a window of 10 AM to 2 PM. I asked if they could make it closer to 2 they said it will be closer to 10. At 3 they called me to say they wern't coming. This is after I took off work for those hours and lost money. Will be reporting them and never giving them business again.

Service person arrived within 45 minutes of the time I called. I had received an email with a picture of the tech. It took the service person about 2 hours to diagnose and repair the problem. Couldn't have been much faster. He cleaned up before he left. Quicker and easier than it takes to make an appointment with most places. And he was very pleasant. Thanks to Sherman.
