Best Replacement Gas Line in Baltimore MD

We have been using this company for 6 years now. From water heater replacement, pipe relocations and plumbing leaks. I always get a quick response and they are out usually that day.

Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

-Replaced sump pump before our basement flooded back in rainy April!

- Remodeled our entire bathroom with the exception of the tub. However; our tub was clogged and he fixed that. Replaced the sub floor and put down new black hexagon tile. Removed and replaced our old vanity and toilet. Only took 3 days && looks great!

David was super friendly & explained everything that he was doing and the problems that he was finding with my water heater. Hot water was restored!

Had a major pipe leak on weekend. Response time was quick and repair was done well

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

We had a utility sink moved from the first floor to the basement. Lou was quick and efficient. He was friendly and the end result looked great!

After doing plenty of research on plumbers in Baltimore, I called this company because of their customer reviews. I called on a Tuesday morning because my basement flooded Monday night. They said the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning and would be here between 9 and 9:30am and would call when they were on the way. at 9:15am I hadn't heard anything so I called. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. No idea of the appt or the project. So the EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone (I think he said Mark Butler) told me he would try to find out IF someone was coming. I said IF???? He responded that there were a lot of people there and he didn't take the order so he doesn't know if someone is coming. He was rude and nearly yelling at me because I was questioning IF someone was coming and not when?? He called me back and said someone would be here around 11:30am. That time was not as avail for me and the fact that the company was so unorganized no one knew what anyone else was doing and especially because I have never been talked to like that from a vendor - I decided to start from scratch and look for someone else. I am disappointed and upset that I did my research, waited with my basement in this condition so I can work with this company and now I am starting all over again - but I think better then that then enter into a job with a company that does not have their stuff together and then yells at the customer when they ask questions. I don't have a company I recommend yet, but I don't recommend calling this company.

Extremely fast and efficient. Extremely reasonable with the pricing . and they were here within the hour! Would highly recommend to anyone in need in the area!

Brad and Kai did a wonderful job I called prime plumbing Friday evening to schedule an estimate they came out early Saturday morning gave me my estimate and started working immediately on the issue which happen to be a big one they had to dig up my main line and replace the whole thing and they had the job done by 3pm I highly recommend prime plumbing and if possible you should ask for brad wonderful place and people.
