This Company is Absolutely Amazing! They are punctual, professional, polite, high-quality and customer-service oriented at the same time! This is a Family-Owned Business and they take their work seriously; it is not just a job for them, it is their Trade, their Profession and their Calling. 1) When I was looking for a Plumber for a major project regarding upgrading, fixing and renovation of my Tenant’s water system, I reached out to their Main Office and the Owner, Mr. Joe, answered all of my questions precisely. He knew exactly what plumbing issues I was talking about right away and gave me a quote over the phone. It was very nice to have that security of having and Expert on the other end of the line and also the security of knowing beforehand what expenses to expect, whereas other companies make you wait for a quote. 2) His own son, Mr. Jeff, who is very experienced because he was around the Trade from a very young age, completed the entire complex operation while exceeding my expectations in quality of workmanship - and did so in half of projected time; moreover he was very patient, understanding and helpful, explained everything beforehand, walked me through the entire process to alleviate my worries about the plumbing system modification. 3) Mr. Jeff is very detail-oriented and it shows that he cares about his work a lot. He went above and beyond, building from scratch some parts of our tenants’ system - for example a unique, non-standard rarely-found-in-stores run-off valve - and did so correctly from proper materials - copper; (as this part was previously improperly built from plastic and incorrectly installed by previous plumbers.) Additionally, 4) Mr. Jeff is not only a knowledgeable Professional, but is also very customer-service oriented, even bringing in his own tarp so as not to walk over my tenants’ floor in work boots - which my tenants appreciated. 5) As far as COVID precautions are concerned, the Staff of this Company are Vaccinated, but they still wear a mask as a Courtesy to the Client - which we also appreciate tremendously. 6) Also, as a side-note: this Company doesn’t use After-Market parts, all equipment they install is new, out-of-the-box. 7) Moreover, their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY - within this expensive Industry. I will be their life-long client and I will be recommending them highly to all my friends and family! To anyone who is looking for a great Plumbing Company - this is it! Laconia was great in testing and diagnosing the toilet blockage. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to resolve the issue. Very professional in that respect. When he left I noticed he scratched my bathroom cabinet sink and the cabinet doors with his snaking equipment. I felt he could have brought this to my attention instead of leaving me to find it. In addition there was poop debris on walls, baseboards, flooring, sink. I understand about the poop, but again I should have been informed about my cabinet.

Said they'd be here w/in an hour and they were. Not the most expensive and didn't overcharge. Great experience.

Our water heater went out at 430 PM and they were able to replace it same day. Responsive, professional, they fixed us right up and answered all our questions. Definitely use them if you have a water heater issue.

On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

This guy is so nice and affordable! He shows up quickly and thoroughly explains everything. We had him show up to give an estimate about our water heater initially, and he didn’t charge for the estimate. We haven’t moved forward with that project yet (it’s a preventative issue, not a pressing issue), but a couple months later when we found out that we couldn’t get our new dishwasher installed without some updated plumbing under our sink, I knew exactly who I wanted to call! He showed up the next day to take a look, and since he didn’t have another appointment till 3, he fixed it right then. He tried to give me a discount, but I paid him the full amount because it was nice to have someone be so affordable and fast in the first place. Anyways, hire this guy. He’s worth it.

Sent a guy who had no clue what he was doing; I called the company and the fellow was sent back with a supervisor. He ended quitting the job right there in my house.
The supervisor left, promising ti send in another guy; I waited for two hours. Nobody showed up. They called that somebody will come the following day between 6am-10am. It is 12:30pm and still waiting.
Missed work for two days.
Still waiting for the second day with no work done.
Worst- time management
