He was professional, courteous, and efficient and conferred with me prior to performing the repair. He fixed my system quickly and I was back in business. I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

My family recently had a plumbing issue with our garbage disposal/pipes and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only did they get the work done quickly, they were thorough and the most professional plumbers we’ve ever dealt with. I would never call anyone else.

Technician arrived within four-hour window given. He quickly determined the cause of the problem and took time to explain it to me. The solution he proposed worked. Clean-up was OK but could have been better. However, manager reached out to me promptly and offered to send someone out to clean up to my satisfaction. When I told him I had already completed the clean-up myself, he processed a partial refund to my account and issued me a coupon for the next time I use Roto-Rooter. This prompt and professional customer service impressed me very much.

I highly recommend getting plumbing repair work from Abend! My experience was so awesome. My hallway bathroom toilet had been running for a week so I started turning water valve off behind the toilet; the 3rd day the knob turned but the water would not shut off. I thought I could repair it by watching YouTube but after a few videos I didn’t trust myself. I contacted Katie 1130pm and told her how my bill was going to be high because my toilet been running non stop for 2 days and explained my issue, 730am she contacted me back, 4pm she let me know Jim would be coming out within an hour, within that hour Jim contacted me letting me know he will be on the way. Jim came and educated me on the issue and showed me where my main water switch was in cause of emergency. He started on my toilet and was done within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, professional and super fast. Jim cleaned up and took all trash with him even after I told him it was ok. Jim was super pleasant and patient as he listened to my rant about YouTube. Long story short Katie and Jim were awesome and I am totally satisfied with my experience! I highly recommend getting any plumbing services from Abend Plumbing and Heating!
