We woke up to no hot water and could not get the pilot to light up. My husband called several place but it was Wes from LJ Butler that was able to help us out that same day. It was decided that we needed to replace our old water heater. Wes came out and installed it in a timely manner. Not only do we have hot water but now we have better water pressure. Thank you Wes for all your help.

Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

The owner of this company is an excellent and a reasonable person to work with to bring the cost to its minimum price unlike all other similar companies I've tried. He is personally involved with the project and also supervises all the details of the work. He turley cares about the quality and efficiency of his work. Remarkably fast (water heater broke on Saturday before Easter and fully replaced by 1pm Monday). Professional, courteous, and on time. Great quality work and they helped me navigate the warranty process. Highly recommend Abbott Brothers!!!
